1. How do I make a purchase?Shopping at Aaliya deeba is easy: Browse the website to find what you like. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the ‘BUY IT NOW’ or ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product page if
you want select more items. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ link at the top of the page. You may add or remove any items before checking out. Click on ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’ to complete your
order.
2. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you can shop at Aaliya deeba without creating an account. However,if you register with us, you will enjoy the following benefits:
- Track your order.
- Review your account history.
- Save your details so you may not have to enter Aaliya deeba again next time.
- Manage your account details, address book and email preferences.
- Add sold out items you like to your Wish List.
To set up an account, simply click ‘Register’ and
enter your details.
3. What payment methods does Aaliya deeba accept and is it
safe to use my credit card online?
Currently, the following online payment methods are accepted at Aaliya Deeba : VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Shopify Pay. The option of Bank Transfer is also available to customers throughout the world.
All your details and data will be securely transmitted from end-to- end via SSLencryption.
4. How can I choose the currency I pay in?
The base currency that we use on our website is INR; however you have an option of switching the currency to Indian Rupee, British Pound, Sterling, Canadian Dollar and Euro. To change the currency, click on the
currency option appearing on the top right hand corner of the page.

6. How long does delivery take and how much will it
cost?
We ship online orders for Couture items in 8 to 14 weeks. Once you place order our customer representative will be in touch to make you aware of the progress
and delivery.
7. Do you offer same day delivery?
Currently, we are offering same day delivery only for available stock in store only.
8. How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
We ship domestic order for free. International
orders can be charged according to location and customs will be required to be paid by customer based on their country custom charges..
9. Can I change or cancel my order once it has been
placed?
Within 48 hours of placing an order, you have a right to ask our customer
services to cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. We’ll be unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order after 48 hours. If you want to make any amendments after 48 hours, please
email or call our customer care for assistance. Please note that, orders cannot be cancelled after the duration of 48 hours.
10. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a unique order number. This is what will help you track your order(s). At any point, you may use that number to find out about the order with our customer care and check out the status of your order.
11. Are the colors of items shown on the website accurate?
Our team at Aaliya deeba has made every possible effort to display the colors of the items as accurately as possible. However, there may appear some difference between the actual color and what you see on your screen. We cannot guarantee that display color on the screen will be completely accurate as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.
